Before we start, please note the price for this brush is for a set of face brush set that includes 5 brushes in total. So that being said, I've been using this brush quite a lot. At first glance, I thought it was be perfect for contouring my face. But once i started using it, i found that it's best for apply blush/cheek products. The brush is soft and less stiff than my other angled contour brush. Because the brush is fluffy, it didn't do a really good job at contouring. But I started to use it for blush and i loved it! The softness and density of this brush is perfect for apply blush - doesn't deposit too much colour, but just enough. The slight angle also allow me to follow the contours of my face and be a bit more precise than just a big fluffy brush. The handle is built well and I haven't experience any shedding yet. Overall, If you're looking for strictly looking for a contour brush, i'd look elsewhere. But if you're looking for a nice blush brush that can contour slightly, this is a great choice.

Please note that the price listed for this brush is for the Sigma Brushes eye kit that comes with 7 brushes including this one... so no, i didn't pay $40 for a dinky brush : ) I really like this brush and I think it has made putting on gel liner a bit easier for me. The tip is very fine and the bristols are really smooth. Although this brush is small, it has bend to it that allows you to drag it along your lash line to create a smooth line. The pointed tip and angle gives you extra control when it comes to apply gel or cream eyeliner. It's also great for create a cat eye. This can easily create a fine wing on the edge. I guess the down side is that you have to get a kit that includes this brush to have this brush, but the price is not steep. Overall, i feel that this brush definitely made my eyeliner routine easily, even though i've been using gel eyeliner for about 5 years. -

I've been using this for at least 4 years straight. I used to use this as a foundation and it works well. You can use it wet or dry depending on the finish/coverage you want. Apparently, this is the high coverage foundation in Laura Mercier's line. I've started using their mineral foundation so i switched this into my touch up powder and it works really well. The powder is finely milled and very silky and not chalky. It covers really well and for mid day touch ups, it works wonders. A main thing i use this for is spot coverage on any scars/pimples or pigmentation. After mineral foundation, i find that some pigmentations still shows through, so what i do everyday is apply a little concealer on the spots, blend and use a mini fluffy brush to brush this foundation powder on top to set and actually conceal. I love this. I hate no. 5 and it matches my skin tone well. I do find that though, if the weather is humid or warm, it does oxidize a little turning a bit darker. Overall, i can't live without this product for touch ups! The price is a little steep but since i use it only for touch ups, it lasts a long time for me. -

Please note that the price listed is for the Sigma Makeup Professional Face Brush kit that includes this brush along with 5 other face brushes. So that being said, I feel that this brush does a great job at apply liquid foundation. It's nothing crazy, but it's a standard, good quality foundation brush. The bristols are really soft, and works really well with liquid foundation. There's a bit of a tapered end that helps you get into hard to reach areas. The brush is flat and curves around the contours of your face while you apply you foundation. I find that it blends really nicely. I'd say if you are looking for face brushes, definitely give this a try because you get really good quality brushes for the value. I think a single foundation brush from some other brands may cost just as much as the whole face kit. -

This brush does what it should do, blend, blend and blend. The tapered end can really get in the creases to diffuse the colour. It's soft and doesn't shed. I find that i reach for this brush mostly when i have some soft blending to do, or just sweep across my lids for a finishing touch. I find this brush a little bit less effective for blending harsher lines, it does the job but it takes a little bit more time. I think it's because the brush is a bit more fluffy and not as dense. But none the less, it's great for light blending and helps you create the gradient look when you do your eye make up. I also find that it's also useful when you want to shade your crease with a light coat of color, it leaves a nice wash that doesn't need much blending and it looks soft and blended. Overall, If you are looking into buying a blending brush, this is a great choice! -

I've started to use this brush almost everyday. I hate to compare but this brush is almost identical with MAC 219... I use it for the same purpose. It gets into smaller areas because of the tapered tip, which is great for my small eyelids. It is also great for blending and getting colour on the lower lash line. I love how precise it is and how it can also blend. You can really build up a colour with this brush. I've washed it several times and it doesn't shed. I really enjoy this brush and for the price, you should try it out! -

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this brush yet. I thought that since i use it everyday religiously, I must have already reviewed it. Well here goes. Before this brush, i've always used just big fluffy brush or a kabuki for my mineral foundation. Well i heard rave reviews about this brush and had to go and try it...even though it was super duper expensive. I'm glad I invested (In fact, i love it so much and it was a LE brush that i bought backups). I really helps buff you foundation/mineral foundation nicely onto your skin for a nice finish. The surface of the brush is big but small enough to fit on the contours of my face. I do find that, since i wash it a lot, that it does shed a little bit, but that's a small price to pay for such a good brush that i use everyday. Love, love, love it! -

I use this brush almost daily for highlight. It's my perfect brush for highlighting my cheeks! It deposits just the right amount of color and it works really well with the contour of my cheek bones. I also use the tip sometimes to just highlight the bridge of my nose a little. The price is a little steep for the sole purpose of highlighting mostly my cheeks, but the quality is great and this lasted me quite a while. It's soft and hasn't shed yet after many washes. -

This brush is similar to the MAC 239 brush. To be honest, when i first saw the brush, it looked a bit bigger and fluffier and i was worried that it won't pack on the color as nicely. But I was surprised, I actually prefer these over MAC just because it's a little bigger and grabs and deposits color nicely. I washed it about 3 times and haven't had any problems with shedding. A quality brush at $9, you can't really go wrong. -
