It will help you make gains in the gym for sure. I had my doubts at first since it was more of a budget protein powder but after trying it for over 6 months, I was able to pack on the muscle with consuming 1 scoop only every other day. The taste is great and I have never gotten sick of it. It doesn't mix all that easy so a blender is required to have it mix correctly. It's got a decent amount of protein with each scoop and keeps the carbs somewhat minimal. It isn't as lean as an isolate whey powder but still does the trick for me and will for anyone trying to bulk up on the cheap. -

This is a full-grain leather product so you can bet it will actually last the years, unlike most genuine leather products. The leather is soft doesn't stiffen with contact with snow or water. The gloves are insulated and can do a decent job of keeping your hands warm. These do run a bit large so you may want to wear another knit glove inside the gloves to make up for the lack of room and provide a little bit of extra warmth. They have a decent style to them and are made my an American heritage brand so you trust you are getting your money's worth -

When looking for other cocoa or cacao products it is difficult to find a product that can deliver like this one. Most cacao products are much too expensive to add to a regular diet but that doesn't have to be the case with Hershey's Cocoa. For less than $5 you can pick these up at Walmart or Amazon making it a convenient purchase. It can be used some a ton of different purposes like adding it to coffee, protein shakes, making hot chocolate or even baking. The fact that it is unsweetened it really the defining trait of this product. I can control how much sugar I choose to add so I won't have to worry so much about my blood sugar. It is roasted, so it may not have as many of the antioxidants as cacao does, but it does make up for it by having a substantial shelf life and good flavour. -

One of the few protein bars that aren't loaded with an ungodly amount of sugar. The number of ingredients in these bars is minimal in comparison to most and keeps the sugar content low with only 3 grams of sugar per bar. A lot of protein bars come with much more than that and are almost equivalent to chocolate bars. I really like the taste of these bars however they may be too dense for some. I prefer denser and heavier foods so it works well with my taste. The price is reasonable if bought in bulk from a place like Cost Co and will run you less than $2 per bar. Quest may be considered top-tier but the price on those is just too high. Pure protein bars are the go-to. -

Ive tried looking for natural liquid soaps for a while since I am into making my own hygiene products and Dr.Bronners liquid castile soap is pretty much a staple. A lot of natural products don't actually clean and get the job done but that isn't the case with Dr.Bronners. It mixes well with raw honey and coconut oil and can make a great face/body wash. The soap suds up nicely and can cover a decent amount of surface area. It is just important to dilute it as it can be drying on certain types of skin. The price is reasonable and and helps me save money on hygiene products without sacrificing effectiveness. I would recommend it. -
