It’s a nice and gentle scrub for your face. It’s the smell that really drew me. If you like citrus, this is for you. I did notice improvements in my skin tone and evenness after regular use (which for me is 2-3 times per week).

At 180 calories half a bar makes a good snack too. I like to use them for breakfast because I am not super hungry in the morning but know I should eat breakfast for a healthy lifestyle.
