These vitamins when taking the Centrum Advantage variety are recommended to be used twice a day. They contain both vitamins and minerals and were my family doctor's choice for use. They are easy to swallow although a fair size as vitamins go. There is absolutely no taste involved so therefore none of that sickening aftertaste in your mouth. -

Although not as effective on greasy stains like butter or ice cream, it is quite useful in other areas (particularly on shirt collars etc.) I highly recommend this stand by product which can be easily applied just before laundering. -

I am so happy that my local Shoppers Drug Mart has added this product among its President's Choice food items now available in its stores. This product with its chocolate coating is an excellent treat and most enjoyable with a cup of tea. Its calorie count is also a bit lower than some other brands of granola bars. This one makes you feel you are really enjoying a treat. -
