This is an average product in great packaging. Like a jumbo crayon, it can easily be tossed into a purse for a quick touch up on-the-go. However the colour is quite sheer so this is not for those who want a highly pigmented colour. They claim it is 'melt proof' but I'm not about to leave it in a hot car to test it. -

I have tried many a top coat to extend the life of my manicure and this is the best I've found, better than Sally Hanson and Essie's top coats imho. However it is very difficult to find these days as PharmaPlus has stopped carrying it. Lately I've had to get it online at nailpolishcanadadotcom which isn't too bad if you can catch one of their 'free shipping' promotions. When applying this be sure to brush some over the edges of your nail tips (under too if your nails are long). I have found that chipping is delayed by 5-6 days compared to other top coats. Note: it does 'smear' any nail 'art' so is not recommended if you have 'drawings' etc on your manicure. This is not the cheapest top coat out there but I find the few extra dollars worth it. -

I had such high hopes for this product. Instead it performs like every other 'primer' due to the inevitable dimethicone. This product does smooth the appearance of the skin but it is NOT for those that are acne-prone as it clogs up the pores. It isn't marketed as a primer but has all the same ingredients as Smashbox primer so is a good alternative if you're looking for a cheaper version. It's not for me though as it made me break out due to clogged pores. -

Simple idea: pads soaked in exfoliating liquid. Swipe on your face (avoiding eyes), leave for 5 minutes to allow the acid to penetrate, and then use the second set of pads to neutralize the acid. Wash and towel dry. You're left with skin minus the top layer of dead cells that is now ready to receive all the goodness of your moisturizer.serum. Great idea although oddly difficult to find. -

These short eye pencils are very highly pigmented so only one sweep of the pencil is all you'll need. The metallic Nano pencils are among the best I've seen: the gold and silver are staples in my make-up bag, I use the silver ever day on the inside half of my eyes to give them a 'wide open' look; a trick I learned from Hong Kong where this is common. -
