This flour makes me as sick as regular flour! I have tried every kind out there since I am gluten intolerant. It gives me cramps and nausea....as for cooking with it! It is grainy and recipes do not turn out nice....do not try if you have severe...   +

This flour makes me as sick as regular flour! I have tried every kind out there since I am gluten intolerant. It gives me cramps and nausea....as for cooking with it! It is grainy and recipes do not turn out nice....do not try if you have severe gluten intolerance or celiac disease! Do not waste your money...better GF flour out there!    -
