Lush scrubee bar
My son bought me the Scrubee bar as a treat from Lush and it's a lovely product - the scent is sweet and gorgeous and the bar lathers up to give you a luxurious and moisturising shower with a nice smooth feel on your skin. The scent stays for hours... +

So let's be honest - you are not going to get the full creamy/ sugary / fatty texture and taste of a full fat ice cream...however, that's the point. Halo have done a good job of creating a low-calorie ice cream with a decent amount of flavour to keep dieters on track. If, like me, you have a tendency to binge eat, you know it won't be possible to have just one or two spoonfuls of Ben and Jerry's - the whole tub will be gone. Halo is a good alternative for dieters (I'm on Slimming World and you could eat a whole tub of Halo for your daily 'syns'). The Peanut Butter flavour is my favourite as it's not too sweet and doesn't taste too chemical-ly as some of the others do, so this definitely gets my vote if you just really need a (relatively) guilt-free binge. -

Holiday Inn Southampton
I visit Southampton regularly and am always looking for a good place to stay with leisure facilities. I always end up coming back to the Holiday Inn time and again. It's a fab location down by the docks so you can look out over the sea, take a ferry... +
I visit Southampton regularly and am always looking for a good place to stay with leisure facilities. I always end up coming back to the Holiday Inn time and again. It's a fab location down by the docks so you can look out over the sea, take a ferry across to the Isle of Wight, and it's right next to where all the amazing cruise ships launch from. It's also only a 3-4 minute walk from the Odeon cinema complex, or the Westquay Shopping Centre and Ikea if shopping is your thing. The staff are really friendly, the food is lovely, especially the buffet breakfast, and the hotel itself is modern and recently refurbished. On top of all this, there is a lovely swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi and sauna which are on-site. The only downside is there are no spa treatment facilities, but for the location and pool alone as well as the lovely welcoming atmosphere, it's well worth the visit. -
The Body Shop Coconut Body Butter
Gorgeous coconut scent and nice texture. The body butter is rich and smooth but absorbed easily, and leaves your skin feeling and smelling amazing! Shower gel, soap and other coconut products are also available, but the body butter is my favourite.
