I bought this wax for my bf. When I was waxing him, I was confused why it leaves chunks of wax of the skin. Then I tried it myself. First time I was in hurry and it was just awful, after that I tried one more time and it didn't work for me again...   +

I bought this wax for my bf. When I was waxing him, I was confused why it leaves chunks of wax of the skin. Then I tried it myself. First time I was in hurry and it was just awful, after that I tried one more time and it didn't work for me again. Then a couple of weeks later I decided to give it a try again properly (actually just now) and again I was so disappointed. It doesn't remove hair at all. It only leaves chunks of wax on skin and its difficult to get rid off it. It leaves bruises on the skin, especially sensitive areas such as underarms. Probably I didn't use it properly, but I've been using wax and I've been waxing myself for more than 6 years and I can say that I've got some experience. And also I've started going to a professional to do sugarwax on bikini area and this wax is nothing compare to that one.
Moreover I sent the email to the company requesting money back as seen on tv. It's been more than 2 weeks still haven't heard from them back.
Very disappointed and unfortunately cannot recommend it to anyone.    -
