For a drugstore brand, the nailpolish is of a pretty good quality. It doesn't chip off too quickly (as long as you use a top coat), and it's not dull.
You can usually get away with using only one coat to get a great color, and it doesn't drip everywhere.
It drys quickly, and doesn't crack or stick to things.
I've seen better brands, but for a drugstore price, this is pretty good.

I was rather disappointed with CoverGirl Clean Makeup.
The first con - the smell. It's got this weird, mineral-esque scent thing going on... and you can buy a fragrance free version, so that would clear that right up... but I didn't do that. It doesn't fade during the day, either. You can smell it throughout the whole day.
The second con - it doesn't stay on very well. When I talk on my cell phone, or blow my nose, the makeup actually comes off. I can understand the blowing of the nose bit, afterall, I'm rubbing. But I'm not rubbing my cellphone on my face, so it shouldn't be coming off on the phone.
And the third strike - the coloring. I just could not find the correct color. Out of 14 color choices, you'd think it would be easy... But the one I got, 105, was closest to my pale skin tone... and it is still a little orangeish.
Overall, very disappointing, because I'm usually quite happy with covergirl foundations.

One of my huge pet peeves with mascaras is that when they get older, the brushes clump together and don't seperate the lashes well at all. This one hasn't done that. The bristles on the brush are still quite nicely seperated, it's gotten old in a different way. It's gotten dryer, and that's how I can tell I need a new mascara. It's honestly much nicer.
This mascara added volume quite nicely (and I've got very short lashes, so I would know), making my lashes look at much bigger and more noticeable then before. It didn't fade or smear throughout the day.
It hits the little lashes just as well as the big lashes, and I can get a dramatic mod look out of it if I want for the evening.

With all eyeliners (pencil and liquid), I have trouble getting it to go on in a straight line. I've got shakey hands. This one is the easiest for me to use. I can control how thick or thin I want the line to be pretty well, and if I screw up, it comes off really easily.
The color is nice (I use carbon black), and it doesn't smudge or run at all during the day. If I put it on in the mornings, it's still great by night.
The tip is really thin, and if you press a little harder you can get a thicker line, so it's great for dramatic (or undramatic, depending on your taste) eyes.

After searching for what seemed to be hours for the perfect red hair color, I found this one. And it was absolutely perfect. It's a permanent hair dye, which is good, I hate the ones that wash out.
So I paid about $8 for it (average for hair dye), and hurried home.
I had a problem with mixing it together, too. I shook it forever, before finally giving up and squiring it into my hair.
I worked it in pretty good and left it in for 25 minutes, and then I ended up with one spot of brown left.
I don't think that was the hair dye's fault - I think I completely missed it when I was dyeing. It looks like I did, it's not colored at all.
Now, I must warn you, this color looks completely and totally fake. That's what I was looking for, but it doesn't look like a natural red. It's obviously dyed. It turned out about like the top color on the color selector... and that's so obviously vibrantly fake.
I'm very happy with it, and it's lasting well. The only mistake was my own fault.
It's a very bright red that's a bit coppery, not dark at all, but not really orangish. I don't think there are any skin tones it would look natural with. But it's beautiful just the same.
