I didnt make my skin feel very smooth, but im not sure how well it helped my make up stay in place. -

L'Oreal Paris Voluminous Miss Manga Mascara
This mascara did seem to add length to my lashes, but not as much as expected. I also had problems with clumping. Overall a decent mascara and I have purchased twice.
