This ice cream was delicious! Which isn’t surprising because I’ve never tried a Chapman’s product that I didn’t enjoy. It has the perfect amount of sweetness, and a natural maple flavour. I also really like this company’s way of helping out throughout the ongoing COVID crisis, and that they encourage staff to get vaccinated! Wonderful ice cream, and you get to support a wonderful Canadian company! -
