I bought this when Ulta was having "buy one Neutrogena product and get the lesser priced one free" sale. Again, it's a BIG winner in my book. I noticed that my neck was losing its elasticity and the skin wasn't as smooth. After a month of using this product, it's firmer and much more healthier looking. A little goes a long way and now that the winter months are upon us (in Southern Cal that means cold stinging winds that can make skin really dry), I'm going to start using this on my face. -

Sophisticated, friendly and convenient are the words that come to mind after my visit to the Encore Cafe, operated by the Lamb's Players in Coronado. My mom and I wanted a little something before I started my booksigning across the street at Bay Books. For $10 Mom had a spicy hot chocoate, I had a latte and we shared a ginger plum crisp. It was a cold, misty night and we enjoyed chatting by the window while Norah Jones performed on the screens over the wine bar.
You can walk in for a light meal, or pre-order your meal so you can walk in during intermission and enjoy! I can't wait to come back again.

I joined in April 2006 because I couldn't shake those last 15 pounds of baby weight. I love Curves and I don't think I'll join another gym for the rest of my life!
I've done it all - yoga, pilates, boxing and traditional gyms - but the Curves workout has given my consistent results. The circuit takes 30 minutes plus five more for stretching. I've not only lost weight but also inches and I've gained alot of energy and strength to keep up with my two year-old! Also, if you feel self conscious around the "beautiful people" who haunt some gyms, Curves doesn't have the scene. The staff and my fellow members are warm, supportive and welcoming. It's not a hip, singles scene if that's what you're looking for.
The cost to join is very reasonable and the local gyms are offering some great deals around the holidays and summer.

When you walk in, the ambiance is contemporary and sophisiticated with original artwork on the walls and stylish, yet comfy leather chairs and seats. The bar is a great place to indulge in after work chisme with the girls, or get cozy with your man.
My husband and I were immediately seated and within five minutes, we had drinks and fresh out of the fryer chips with a tomato-tomatillo blend of salsa. My margarita was a perfect blend tart sweetness and earthy tequila that got my insides buzzing.
We always share the carnitas plate because we want to have room for the dessert. The carnitas are generous cuts of tender pork with a carmelized skin that melt in your mouth. The beans have a ham undertone and the rice is just the my grandma made it with peas, carrots and corn.
Now, the flan is an experience unto itself. The caramel is not too thick and sticky. The custard is thick and velvety, and you still lick every morsel off your spoon.
