My little boy wasn't really into Gabby's Dollhouse until we got this. But he LOVES play cooking, especially cupcakes and ice cream. Cakey Cat is now his favourite 'recipe' to cook and plate. The surprise Mercat, who is holding a tiny cupcake, helps him 'supervise' the cooking. The little dolls are solidly made, no loose parts. Each one has a pretty good level of detailed sculpting, lots of color and details in the tiny faces. I would be temped to get him more Gabby's Dollhouse items, especially cakeycat-themed items. -

My little guy was really happy to see some of his favorite Paw Patrol characters on the box. He was giggling and naming each of them before we even got it open. Our puzzle featured Skye in her helicopter. He was a little sad there weren't more characters in the picture once the puzzle was complete. The puzzle itself was fine; a clear picture, solid cardboard, and the pieces all fit together easily. The box itself was actually a bigger draw than the puzzle. My little guy likes using it to store his dog figures and toys in. I think it appeals to him because the box is an unusual shape (hexagon instead of a square). Overall, this would be a great toy for a kid ages 4+ who likes puzzles, paw patrol, dogs, or machines/planes. -
