I suffer from IBS and have tried many different brands of probiotics over the years and never found the right one until now. I was suffering from extreme abdominal pain and bloating while taking proboitics but I suffer no more. I started off taking two capsules of the Sisu brand and noticed immediately that my abdominal pain was gone and the bloating was gone as well. Now depending on what I eat, I may get a little bloated but not like before where I looked like I was nine months pregnant. One thing for sure, no more abdominal pain. This particular brand has changed my life and I was so happy to share this product with my doctor as he was prepared in prescribing medication. This probiotic brand must stay refrigeratored and costs around $30 for sixty capsules and well worth every cent. I picked this one up at the Superstore. -

I love the sweet soft fruity scent and how refreshing it makes my skin feel. I am left with soft, smooth, nourished skin and I even use this for shaving as it is so gentle. I'm loving the Nivea Body washes. This product is quite pricey but wait for it to come on sale and stock up as I have done. -

This product is on the pricey side but just pick it up on sale, like I did. Oh and my husband loves this as well. -

I love this body wash from Nivea. This particular one with Chamomile extract for sensitive skin is PH balanced. My skin is left so soft and silky until my next shower. The body wash has a soft sweet beautiful scent which is not over powering and my skin is left soft and smooth with no harsh scent. Body wash lathers up nicely and I'm able to use it as my shaving gel. The body wash is a bit pricey but just wait for it to come on sale and stock up like I did. -

I love the taste of camomile and l grew up drinking this herbal tea to help me relax or when I have a headache and even for stomach issues. I am a huge Lipton tea fan and will reach for this particular one to drink right before bed to calm me down.

Knorr® Chicken Boullion Cubes
I use these cubes all the time. Makes a great base in soups, stews and in stir fries. Be careful as each individually wrapped cube is very salty but packed with flavor that will enhance any food dish. My pantry always has a package on hand.
