Fisher Price Toddler Chatter Telephone
My baby love the old fisher price telephone. I got it at a yard sale. He pulls it everywhere and plays with the eyes that moves up and down. It's just like an old phone where you would have to turn the wheel to dial your numbers.

Lamaze Play & Grow Octopus
My baby love his Lamaze Play & Grow Octopus. Each leg sings a different note when you squeeze it. Very nice colors and soft. A bit pricey but a great toy.

I received a Love U Zoo playard for a baby shower gift and loved it. It would go well for a boy or girl. The vibrant color of the mat is amazing. It comes with a little bassinet, a change table and a mobile. The change table material is easy to wash down. It's easy to assemble it and it's very sturdy. It also has wheels to travel from one room to another. My only wish is that the mobile would spin automatically. You have to spin it yourself. I would recommend it to any moms :). -

Dollarama is great for those little nick-nacks that you need. It's also great for holidays to find great decorations. I do find however that the prices as increased in the last few years. For some items they will ask $2 to $3.
