I booked an appointment for eyelash extensions about a month ago. I get to my appointment and 2 employees tell me the girl left and that they called me an hour ago to let me know. I told them nobody called me! Then Jessica the 1 employee said, maybe they dialed the wrong number! I asked for head office number because this is the most unprofessional thing I encountered! Wedding is in 2 days and I counted on them, now I have no other options because the wedding is in 2 days. I was furious and instead of giving me head office number Jessica called security to kick me out of the store. I got head office number from another store and I'll be reporting all of this. The employees are not professional what so ever, don't care about nothing. Jessica should NOT be dealing with customers. She's very rude and needs much more training for that position!    -
