When I came across these I was a bit hesitant at first because I don't usually eat cereals. After trying some on some yogurt I have become addicted to these amazing supergrain cereals! They are so delicious, give me energy for a few hours and you can put them on anything or eat them as a cereal! I even add some on frozen yogurt and it makes everything so full of flavour all the while you're eating something that is good for you! -
