I had 7 blood panels done in Feb 2017 and advocate telling your healthcare provider anytime you add a supplement. I was low in B12 & use to get a shot from my Dr about every February until I started taking it everyday. This year I didn't need the shot. It provides your body with an extra boost of energy, great for getting through the winters & areas where the sun doesn't shine and harder to get in full day of fresh air & sunshine as it can pull you out of that "funk" or depression that sometimes sets in. I actually take 1000mg aday. You can buy a bottle at Dollar General of 60 tablets for around $3 per bottle and I don't go without it. Gummies are great too. -

I had about 7 blood panels done in Feb of this year. It was recommended to me by a friend over a year ago. It's great to make your bowels regular, take pressure off your back & an awesome supplement. I always advocate communicating with your healthcare adviser when starting a supplement though. You can also get Sundown brand Magnesium at Walmart 500mg 180 caplets for around $5 so really inexpensive. If you take any kind of pain medication, this is also great so you don't get "backed up". -

The $1 sales they have on these is about what they are worth. Take itfrom the Cali born , barefoot is how I'd want to be woman, these flip flops along with any flip flops are bad for your feet. My daughter at 27 still doesn't listen and continues to wear them but here is a little medical advise. Run your hand over the bottoms of your feet, do you feel bumps, nodules or sore areas after wearing flip flops. Those are probably benign tumors caused from wearing flip flops. I have one about the size of a quarter attached to the my big toe ball of my foot that because tumors are at increased potential to comeback, easily exposed to get infected on the bottom of your foot & nonessential surgery, more than likely a podiatrist, a surgeon & an ortho surgeon are going to tell you they will not remove and to wear better shoes. They are cute, match your outfit & when you are younger, you care less but later on, you will care & those bumps can create serious issues in your exercise routines, your ability to walk & it won't be "cute" anymore. Those are facts that with a little googling, you can confirm. Sorry ladies but just say no to cheap flip flops. -
