This did not upset my tummy or give me gas which most protein shakes do. After 2 weeks of daily use of one shake , I lost 5 lbs. Will continue to use and try other flavors.

Old Navy Flip Flops
I used to buy these years ago and they were great and lasted forever it seemd. When I decided to replace them I did not like the "newer" version. They were uncomfortable and hurt between the toes. I may give them a second chance coz I really like... +

Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm with Vitamin-E & Peppermint
This stuff really works! It is the only lip balm that actually moisturizers without a drying effect. I highly recommend this! I use it in the morning and don't have to reapply till before bedtime because it keeps my lips moisturizer all day long!
