OMG!!! Love, love, love this mask!! It's definately one of those must-haves! AND one of those MUST HAVE ON-HAND!! Whatever you have to do to get this... be it order the starter pack for the whole skin care regimine, steal it from your mum... (kidding) Just GET IT! It feeels soooo good! It is a bit thick, but while it's drying, you can feel it pulling all the bad stuff outa your face. What I like most about it is: the mask has some kind of sulfur in it (you can smell it, but the smell is not as unpleasant as you may think when you try & get a mental smell image of sulfur...i.e. rotten eggs) it is verrrry faint (the smell) Anyway... the sulfur or possibly the zinc in it actually SHRINKS blemishes!! In other words, you can "spot treat" a pimple! If I get a pimple, I simply apply a dab of this particular mask onto the blemish overnight. The next day, I'm ALWAYS AMAZED! Amazed that the blemish seems to have shrank! It's usually flat and def smaller! I DO NOT EVER want to be without this stuff!! -

First, let me start out by stating: I am PICKY, PICKY, PICKY when it comes to mascara! My first inclination is to say that your higher end &/or department store counters are the best places to shop for mascara. Now, having said that, Maybelline's Falsies proved me wrong!! Boy was I pleasantly suprised! Especially when I'm used to paying upwards of $25.00 bucks for ONE tube of mascara! NOT SO for Maybelline's Volum' Express the Falsies collection! Actually, I got my package whilst shopping for school supplies with my teen boys this year. I came across one of those center isle displays @ Walmart. They were offering a 2 pack of this mascara!! I thought, "Why not"? The price was AWESOME! AND my sister had been talking this product up so I was thinking, "Well if it doesn't work for me it won't be a total loss. I can just give it to Sissy." Let me tell ya, I DID NOT give it up!! I love, love, love this mascara! It rivaled several of my higher priced mascaras. Easily! The formula is gel like and smooth. I have yet to encounter clumps. Here's the way I use it: First, I do and always have, curl my lashes with an eyelash curler. Next, I twirl the wand (never pump) in the tube. Then, open eyes wide and make sure the U-shape of the 'Spoon-curved' brush is @ the base of your lashes (the tip end pointing up, not down) then as you bring your hand up, give the wand a twist! Yes, gently twist or twirl the wand @ the same time you're going upwards applying the mascara. (upper lashes) This one action, when done properly, will help tremendously! It helps to lengthen as well as plump up your lashes. I learned this technique from a professional make-up artist! Then the next person I encountered doing it was my daughter-in-law. (So yeah, if you're wondering, I really was impressed with her) hehe! Anyway, back to the mascara... Please, if you're into 'Good' mascaras like me, grab this one @ any drugstore or Walmart. You WILL NOT be disappointed! -

I had mentioned this particular lotion in a previous review about Dove Go Fresh Cool Moisture Beauty Bar. I had posted that after exiting the shower & patting dry, that I (and my teens who have eczema) use the CeraVe Moisturizing Lotion as an immediate next step. I love, love, love the fact that this lotion is 1. Non-greasy, 2. Absorbs quickly, 3. Was reccommended to us by our dermatologist. In fact, she gave us samples as we were leaving her office the day we received our eczema diagnosis! I will NEVER be without it! As an adult female I can say that this is a MOST EFFECTIVE product to use after shaving legs!! My shins especially, get soooo dry in the winter. This has SAVED my legs! How can I say for sure? My husband, that's how! After having used this product religiously for the last two years, my husband will say, "Honey, you have the softest skin." when he's touching my legs! That's gotta be like the best and highest reccomendation ANY lotion could ever hope to get! The ONLY reason I gave it a 4 outa 5 stars overall is the price. Compared to other lotions, this one can be a tad pricey. A bottle of 8-9 ounces is $12.00 @ Walmart. However, it IS worth every penny. AND if you use it straight away after showering/batheing like 1 & 1/2 pumps WILL do your whole leg! Ankle to thigh. Remember to PAT PAT dry, NEVER rub! Next, apply the lotion while skin is still a little damp. Just in doing that, it will help "lock in" that moisture you're feeding your skin! -

I love, love, love this beauty bar! First of all, it's 1/4 moisturizing cream! Can't beat that. Secondly, I must mention, both my teen boys still @ home (ages 14 & 12) have eczema. Their symptoms include itchy, dry, somtimes rashy, tightly uncomfortable feeling skin, especially after showering. Their dermatologist reccommended either Dove, or Oil of Olay. I noticed that the Oil of Olay beauty bar tended to melt faster in the shower. I have used Dove like, forever on my face. My grandmother had me using Dove since I was a teen or younger! (I'm 43 btw)! I love, love, love the way my skin feels upon exiting the shower! Now that being said, as soon as I'm out of the shower and lightly pat dry (don't ever rub) I do lotion both legs and arms with Cera Ve Moisturizing lotion, but still... I can say in ALL HONESTY that DOVE SAVED OUR SKIN! -

Honestly, I don't think people are being honest in their reviews! I purchased this product based on some of "these reviews" that said, "Oh Yeah, it's great!" Or, "I just LOVED this formula!" But the real seller (I thought) were the reviews that talked about the "wonderful", or "vibrant"COLOR... their "totally amazing" experiences they all had with this product. Whatever! That's right! I'll be the first to tell you.... IT IS NOT ALL THAT! The real bitch of it is I have really, really long hair. Needless to say I had to purchase two boxes of this Garnier Olia. It smells ok, it feels ok, but exceptional color & shine? Um...NO! Even after following the instructions (and I mean to the letter! Even massaging this crap in BEFORE rinsing) the color results were DEFINATELY NOT EXCEPTIONAL! They were minimal at best on most of my hair, but on the roots?? OMG! I do have some grey, but that being said, my roots came out several shades lighter than the rest of my hair!! Did I mention I have really, really long hair? And INTENSE SCALP ITCHING... Holy Cow! And yes, I did the allergy test! I now have to wear a HAT to the store to purchase ANOTHER product to hopefully get the roots to match the rest of my hair (which did not color evenly. The underneath layers are my regular color. Looking as if the "oil infusion of color" only happens on grey hair?) But what I CAN report is that after ONE wash all that shine went BYE BYE and the softness? Went BYE BYE with the shine!! Bottom line: DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! (I wasted twenty plus bucks)! A far gentler product, one I've also used and actually trust is from this line Garnier (I'm suprised too) is their HerbaShine formula with no ammonia. Its a far cry BETTER! Actually deposits the color and it stays (I'm suprised too), and no itchy scalp. I hope this actually HELPS someone so they don't go out and spend needlessly on an inferior product. -
