This is a fantastic hydrating toner that is cruelty free and vegan. This toner is suitable for all skin types and can be used throughout all four seasons. It is hydrating enough to keep your skin feeling replenished throughout the fall and winter as well as light weight enough for spring and summer. This toner is a mild formula and helps maintain healthy skin. The key ingredient is green tea which is intended to help soothe and moisturize the skin. Other amazing ingredients found in this toner are glycerin and calendula.
Green tea extract: a botanical ingredient that is naturally rich in antioxidants and other youth enhancing compounds. It reduces redness, inflammation and irritation. It has antibacterial, healing, and UV protection properties.
Glycerin: Glycerin is a humectant, a type of moisturizing agent that pulls water into the outer layer of your skin from deeper levels of your skin and the air. In skin care products, glycerin is commonly used with occlusives, another type of moisturizing agent, to trap the moisture that it draws into the skin.
Calendula: Calendula oil is a natural oil extracted from marigold flowers. Calendula oil has antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties that might make it useful in healing wounds, soothing eczema, and relieving most rashes. It's also used as an antiseptic.
My experience: I love this hydrating water/ toner. It is so simplistic yet effective. It leaves my skin feeling hydrated and refreshed. My skin feels soft and moisturized. The toner is very lightweight but still manages to leave my skin feeling replenished. I love the ingredients and how gentle it is on my skin. It comes in a very decent size bottle and with so much product. In my opinion this toner is definitely worth the price point. This would be a great addition to anyone’s skincare routine because It is so versatile.

I’ve always been a fan of honey I believe it to be a wonderful ingredient with so many benefits to skin, hair, and overall health. Some of the key ingredients are Avocado Oil, Jojoba Oil, Olea Europaea Fruit Oil (olive oil) and Vitamin E. This eye balm has a rich and hydrating formula. It is also light weight on the eye area and wears well under concealer and foundation.
Avocado Oil: Avocado oil is a versatile ingredient that can help your skin in many ways. Filled with fatty acids, carotenoids, vitamins and antioxidants such as vitamin E and C, and minerals avocado oil has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and very high moisturizing properties.
Jojoba oil: Jojoba oil has anti-inflammatory properties which help to tame chaffing and chapping, reduce redness caused by drying, ease the effects of eczema and rosacea, and keep skin calm and comfortable. The Vitamin E and B-complex vitamins in the Jojoba oil help in skin repair and damage control.

My experience: I love this eye balm ❤️❤️ it leaves my eyes looking so beautiful and refreshed. I look more awake and my eyes look brighter. This eye balm is very moisturizing and hydrating. Yes it does contain a lot of oils but doesn’t leave my skin feeling or looking oily in any way. I have combination skin and usually get oily in my T zone area which is right beneath my eyes. I have been using this eye balm for about a week and have used it under makeup and without makeup. It sits on the skin comfortably and doesn’t break up my concealer. One of my favorite things about this eye balm is that it leaves a nice glow to the under eye which helps with minimizing the look of my dark circles helping my eyes look brighter. I love the pink packaging and the component it comes in. It is just a really good eye balm.

Ok so recently I have been obsessed with having my hair in a certain type of style. My hair is naturally wavy but I wanted a product that could enhance those waves and help them look more textured and messy. I use many different brands of texturizing spray because in my opinion some do give a different result than others. OGX texturing spray has been a brand that I have consistently used for quite some time. This particular sprays key ingredients are sea salt, sea kelp, and Moroccan argon oil. I like this texture spray because it doesn't leave my hair looking and feeling to rough or textured. It is more on the subtle side and is great for everyday use. I don't have to wash my hair every single time after using it because it doesn't leave my hair feeling like I sprayed a ton of hair spray in it. I also like that it contains argon oil which helps nourish the hair and keep hair feeling soft. It is a great affordable texturing spray and I would certainly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a texturing spray to use and isn't quite sure which brand to go for. -

Klairs daily skin softening water is a gentle exfoliating toner that is great for all skin types. This toner contains sugar cane extract which is a natural exfoliant as well as .15% citric acid which causes the least amount of irritation among AHAS. This toner is very light weight and hydrating. It contains 45% cucumber water which helps soothe and balance the skin. This toner will prep the skin while exfoliating any dead skin cells. Leaving your skin looking clear, hydrated, and refined. This toner has a PH level of 4.41 and absorbs quickly into the skin.
Sugar Cane: When it comes to healthy skin, Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) which are part of the natural constituents of sugarcane juice, are supposed to have a lot of benefits. They fight acne, reduce blemishes, prevent ageing and help in keeping the skin hydrated.
Citric Acid: Citric Acid works by exfoliating the upper layer of dead skin cells to help clean pores, even skin tone and soften and smooth the skin. AHAs can also be used as pH adjusters.
Cucumber extract: Cucumbers contain vitamin C and caffeic acid, two antioxidants that, when applied to skin, help fend off wrinkles, sun damage and more. Cucumber has great cleansing properties it is the perfect hydrating and soothing blend for your skin."
My experience: I really like this toner it was exactly as described. It was very refreshing on my skin and definitely did soothe my skin and prevent any kind of irritation. The toner is very light weight and absorbs instantly into the skin. My face looked toned and felt smooth. I noticed my skin was a bit dewy as well. You certainly see the results in your skin with consistent use over a period of time. My skin has cleared up along the lines of breakouts which is fantastic considering how bad my breakouts have been over the last couple weeks. It comes with so much toner ( the bottle is huge) it will definitely last a long time. Using this toner in combination with the hydrating toner from klairs is a power packed duo and will have your skin looking fantastic.

It really brings out the flavor. A soothing drink that doubles up as an herbal medicine, barley tea is full of antioxidants and acts as a natural anti-bacterial. It takes on a lot of healthy properties of barley which is very high in fibre, packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that safeguard the body against cell damage. It was actually thanks to a fellow friend on this app who suggested I try barley tea which is how I was introduced to it. So she has my gratitude 🙏 because I don’t think I will ever stop drinking this tea ☕️.

This mask is pretty straightforward and simplistic along the lines of ingredients and sometimes that is necessary in some cases when it comes to skincare. This mask is made with 100% pure cica extract and is intended to strengthen the skins moisture barrier as well as soothe skin irritation. This mask is suggested for those with dry or sensitive skin. The mask itself is of a gel consistency with what appears to be herbs 🌿 mixed into it. I pretty much applied a thin layer to my face and let it sit for about ten minutes before wiping the mask off. It did have a somewhat nice cooling and calming affect to it. Just like most typical gel masks. My skin overall felt soft and very much moisturized. One thing I noticed above anything else was the scent. This mask has a very strong overwhelming scent of herbs. Which I wouldn’t necessarily say is a bad thing but you will surely understand what I’m talking about once you remove the top and start applying this mask to your face. Overall I really like this mask. I personally believe it will definitely come in handy at those moments when my skin is feeling irritated and looking more on the reddish side. It calms the skin while infusing it with moisture which seems pretty essential to a good skincare routine. I use exfoliants quite a lot wether it be chemical or mechanical and because of that my skin tends to get a little red and irritated. So it is safe to say I will be using this mask quite often lol.

My experience: I already had a positive feeling about this cleanser before I even tried it. I love every product I have tried from April skin thus far and this cleanser is no exception. I love the creamy orange consistency and foam lather that this cleanser has. It cleansed my skin really well and left my skin feeling really refreshed and didn’t dry out my skin. Lately I have been getting quite a few breakouts more than what I am used to. I don’t know why but my skin is just not cooperating lol. I’ve been looking for products to incorporate into my skincare routine to help with clearing up my skin while continuing to leave my skin feeling hydrated and moisturized. This cleanser seems to fit the bill well. I absolutely love that this cleanser contains vitamin A. Vitamin A is an active ingredient that I have grown very fond of. I’m starting to sway more towards anti-aging products because I am moving up more towards my 30s and personally feel as though I should be looking towards products that keep my skin feeling and looking youthful and lifted. Vitamin A is of course a retinol and helps achieve that firmness and lifted appeal. So having a cleanser that contains such an ingredient already makes me even more of a fan. Along the lines of minimizing breakouts i haven’t seen to much of a change but only time will tell. Either way this is a really good cleanser and pretty unique if you ask me. I always love coming across skincare that you don’t generally see in the skincare market so I definitely recommend trying it out.

A nice moisturizing facial cream that minimizes blemishes while soothing and nourishing the skin. The ingredients in this cream that stood out to me were Niacinamide, carrot root water, and turmeric root extract. This cream is very interesting and unique. I love the orange color and rich consistency of this cream. It melts into my skin and absorbs fairly quickly. My skin is left feeling soft, smooth, and supple. This carrot cream gives my skin just the right amount of moisture and replenishment ( the perfect balance) you could say. I also really appreciate that this cream comes packaged in a tube. I personally believe it to be more hygienic. I love the vibrant orange color which color coordinates with the rest of the Real Carrot 🥕 line. This is definitely a cream I would recommend if you have blemish prone skin. It will help with blemish control without drying out the skin.

Carrot extract is a beta carotene which is a precursor to vitamin A. Vitamin A helps increase cell turnover and is generally used in a lot of anti-aging skincare. Carrot extract is also rich in antioxidants which help fend off skin damaging free radicals.
Turmeric root extract: Thanks to its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial benefits, turmeric can work wonders on condition-riddled skin. It can also help reduce redness from blemishes and calm skin conditions like eczema and rosacea. Turmeric is excellent for acne because it is a natural antiseptic and helps to keep bacteria from spreading.
My Experience: I’ve been using this cream for about two weeks now and I can honestly say I have noticed a difference in my skin. Using this cream in combination with April’s skin carrot cleanser and serum I have noticed my blemishes diminish and my skin become brighter. I’ve noticed that all the products are similar along the lines of ingredients but work so well together to provide me with bright, even toned, overall clear skin. Which is the skin I strive to have. All the products from the carrot blemish line are fantastic and provide amazing results. Now I’m just waiting for April Skin to come out with a Carrot Mask to overall sum up the entire line. Now that would game changing ☺️❤️😍🤩

I absolutely love this cleanser 🙌🏻🙌🏻 apart from its fantastic ingredients it is one of the best gel cleansers I have come across in a while. This cleanser has a nice gel consistency and glides across the skin with such ease. I usually start off massaging the cleanser into my skin followed by adding a bit of water which helps build up a really nice lather. This cleanser deeply cleans my skin and is phenomenal at cleaning off any kind of makeup. It breaks down mascara like it’s child’s play leaving my face looking clean and clear. One key element that really has me swooning over this cleanser is how hydrating and moisturized my skin feels after using it. My skin feels soft and replenished like literally not striped at all. My skin looks bright and radiant as well as my breakouts diminishing right before my eyes. This is a really fantastic cleanser and at a pretty reasonable cost considering the results I have gotten since I started using it. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a cleanser that will brighten, hydrate, and even out there skin tone. Some of the key ingredients in this cleanser are Vitamin C, Seaweed, Green tea, Ginseng, and aloe Vera.
