I ordered a couch for delivery on Sunday between 1-5pm. When they failed to show up, I called and was told that my furniture was not put on the truck that day. They refused to deliver my item on that day or even the next day and I was denied to...   +

I ordered a couch for delivery on Sunday between 1-5pm. When they failed to show up, I called and was told that my furniture was not put on the truck that day. They refused to deliver my item on that day or even the next day and I was denied to speak to a manager. I feel that if they made an error, they should rectify it but IKEA didn’t care at all that they inconvenienced a customer, they would deliver when it suited them and I could basically just deal with it. Abhorrent service.    -
