So I have thick, curly hair with a specific regimen, so I gave this to my husband to try. He has thin, fine hair and has been in a long-term relationship with head and shoulders 2-in-1 for 438290 years (because he's that kind of guy /eyeroll), so the concept of using a bar of shampoo freaked him right out. Once he actually used it, he was pleasantly surprised. His hair looked and felt fuller, and it was definitely shinier and softer. And it smelled SO good. His scalp was also just as happy as with H&S. We'll see how long the bar lasts, but I imagine its longevity is better than liquid shampoo. The packaging is a bit bland, and definitely doesn't stand out on the shelf, but I appreciate that no plastic is used and the box is recyclable. -
Dove Care by Plants – Lemongrass
It's basically 50/50 that I get dermatitis on my armpits when I try a new deodorant/antiperspirant. After several uses, this one had no issues! Glides on smooth and has a nice scent, though I noticed a few times at the end of the day the lemongrass... +
It's basically 50/50 that I get dermatitis on my armpits when I try a new deodorant/antiperspirant. After several uses, this one had no issues! Glides on smooth and has a nice scent, though I noticed a few times at the end of the day the lemongrass mixed with my own odour and was less than pleasant. Who knows if that's for everyone or if lemongrass just gives me stink at the end of the day. The packaging isn't appealing but the product is good so give it a try. -
