Since having my most recent little I get bladder infections quite frequently. I have been taking the Cran-Max suppliment for several weeks and so far zero signs of bladder infection (or the feeling you get right before you might get a bladder infection and have to start downing gallons of cranberry juice). I also suffer from acid reflux and have a sensitive stomach and can confidently say that this suppliment is gentle on the tummy. Bonus! -
