This product was recommended to us by the hospital as an alternative to Vaseline. Its very expensive and really doesn't do anything. Its a basic barrier cream that is made with silicone and is super creamy. If you looking for a diaper cream I would stay away from this. You really don't get value from it and there are much better products on the market. -
