I've used the Batiste dry shampoo for many years now and I got curious about this product, so I'm really glad I was sent one to try out. What I love about this deep cleanse dry shampoo is that the spray comes out clear, not a white powder like their other dry shampoos. Not only that, but when I woke up in the morning, my hair was not only not greasy (as it typically would be on the second day after washing), but it also felt more voluminous and not heavy at all! So this product is super easy to use and works amazingly, but my only concern would be the scent. It's quite perfumey and while I don't really mind the scent, it could be irritating for some with sinus/allergy issues. Overall, great product! -

I received this tool for free from ChickAdvisor to give an honest review. The following is totally my own opinion and thoughts on this dermaplaning device.
First of all, I was impressed by the overall quality of the handle, it was easy to hold. I appreciated that the kit came with refills, that is super handy to have multiple uses in one box! Additionally, the light truly makes a difference, I feel it really helped me visualize the invisible little peach fuzz.
I am happy overall with this tool and would definitely recommend it to a friend or family member, heck even a stranger! The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of a perfect 5 is because I did have some difficulty finding the right angle to use this tool at. Some people with dexterity issues or arthritic hands may have more difficulty using this.

I have struggled with acne since starting high school (I'm now 25 years old). In the last year, maybe due to a mixture of stress and starting a new medication, my acne has flared up like never before. My usual cleanser just wasn't cutting it anymore (though, I still love it to help remove makeup after a long day). When I saw this at Shoppers, I just had to give it a go and WOW! It feels almost cooling on the skin when you put it on and leaves that feeling when rinsed off. I can immediately notice a reduction in the redness in my face. My acne didn't magically go away after a couple of uses, you do have to stay consistent with it, but even in the first few weeks I noticed a dramatic improvement! Now, I only have the occasional pimple! If you've been looking for something to treat that acne that just will not go away, I highly recommend this! Just be warned; the benzoyl peroxide, while potent against acne, can bleach fabrics! Also, I do not have sensitive skin, but those who do may only need to use this once a day or every other day! -

I have oily/combination, acne-prone skin. I'm not SUPER picky with my foundations, but I know what works for me and what doesn't. The L'Oreal Paris Infallible 24 Hour Fresh Wear Liquid Foundation is AMAZING! While I didn't test it for the full 24 hours (ain't nobody got time for that), it did last through an 8-hour shift without sinking into fine lines or looking oily/greasy. It did start coming off a little around my nose, but I've had issues with even high-end foundations doing that, so that's my own problem, not the foundation. It does not feel heavy or cakey and is super easy to layer if you want some extra coverage! The finish is pretty matte, but your skin still looks like skin! It's just a magical foundation and I'm so glad I found it! -

I was so excited when I saw these in the freezer at my local grocery store! I've been a huge fan of mochi for a long time and mango is my favourite fruit, so I thought these would be out of this world! Well, I was completely underwhelmed, to say the least. While I appreciate the plant-based selection, it just left something to be desired. The mango flavour is okay, but there's something off-putting about the rice dough encasing. For the price, which was approximately $6-7 for a box of 6, it's okay. Nothing to write home about, but always good to try new things, so try it if you're curious. Just don't expect it to blow your mind. -

But, lo and behold, the delicate and delightful scent of lemongrass lasted all day and I felt so fresh! The best part? No yucky residue buildup when I'm trying to shave my underarms! It gently lathers up and you can just feel it taking the day off, getting deep down into pores and cleaning out all that gunk and harmful pollutants in the air. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with sensitive, acne-prone, oily skin! -

I love that this toner has 5% glycolic acid to gently chemically exfoliate my skin. I used to use harsh scrubs that I later learned could cause microtears in my skin, potentially leaving me prone to future breakouts! I've been using this toner for a few years now and I absolutely love it! My skin feels so smooth and glowy after using it, like the top layer of dead skin cells have been removed, leaving just glowing skin behind :) It is a little on the pricier side for drugstore, but definitely worth it for the benefits it has! -

I used to use makeup wipes, but they always tended to leave a greasy residue on my face. With this micellar water, my makeup comes off so easily and it leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed! I'll sometimes just use it as a quick cleanser in the morning if I have to run out the door. And because it's the Sebium version, it helps control my oil production throughout the day so I'm less oily by the time I get home! Absolutely love this micellar water! Try and buy it in the larger pump versions, you WON'T regret it! -
