My 16 year old daughter who has acne started using the Oxy Volcanic Ash scrub a couple of weeks ago and she loves this cleaner so much, she stopped using the other cleanser that she was using before. She states that the volcanic ash scrub cleans her face better. We have definitely noticed an improvement in her complexion. -

My 16 year old daughter started using these a couple of weeks ago and she and I can see a noticeable difference. She reports that her face feels clean after using them. The packaging makes them easy to find in her cupboard. And we have noticed an improvement in her complexion. Highly recommend. She has even used them on her chest and back. -

I rate the Neutrogena Hydro Boost make-up removing cleaning wipes 3 stars out of 5. While I LOVED the effective cleaning power with hyaluronic acid for extra hydration, I can’t help but feel disappointed that the wipes are not flushable and require disposal in the garbage. They are not eco-conscious, and the plastic packaging is not recyclable.
I used these wipes both at the sink in the evening to remove makeup, and in the shower in the morning, and one wipe cleans, refreshes, and moisturizes my entire face, which I liked. I have sensitive skin and these wipes were gentle and did not irritate my skin at all. I just wish they could be made from a material that could be thrown in an organics bin or made smaller and of flushable material - it would make me feel better about using them.
I would consider buying these wipes if they were more environmentally friendly.

Schmidt’s Natural Deodorant sensitive formula signature scent in sandalwood & citrus is a long-lasting effective natural deodorant that is aluminum free. It contains baking soda which might be irritating to sensitive skin. I find the sandalwood smell to be quite strong, like a man’s cologne. I rate this deodorant 4 out of 5 stars as I find the scent to be too rugged and cologne-like. This is a unisex product, so I’m sure it will appeal to others. Overall, I found it gave effective odor protection all day, even after being outside and getting mild exercise. This is also a quality natural product for an active teenager without sensitive skin. -

Schmidt’s Natural Deodorant sensitive formula coconut & pineapple scent is a long-lasting effective natural deodorant that is aluminum free. I was excited to smell the product upon receiving it, as coconut & pineapple is typically one of my favourite scents. I rate this deodorant 4 out of 5 stars as I find the scent more citrusy than coconut & pineapple. This is a product that is unisex, so I’m guessing the scent is geared to be pleasing to men as well. Overall, I found it gave effective odor protection all day, even after being outside and getting mild exercise. I would recommend this product to friends and family, and this is also a perfect natural product for an active teenager. I like that it doesn’t contain baking soda which can be irritating to sensitive skin. -

This is a fantastic smelling natural deodorant. I found it smelled like roses and not vanilla - but that’s ok, I don’t mind. It smells so good and doesn’t have a “deodorant scent” - it’s fresh and clean smelling. I found it to be highly effective and lasted all day. I would definitely purchase this scent again. Who knew that armpits could literally smell like a bouquet of roses! I will recommend to friends and family. Thank-you for coming up with lovely scents in an all-natural deodorant line. -

calories per 237 mL bottle, it even tastes premium! I really loved that the beverage is clear, with no artificial colouring. It does have sugar in it, but it also has brewed ginger water from real ginger root for a sweet, spicy taste. This is a special occasion beverage...be prepared to spend a little more for it. I’d recommend it to friends, and I can’t wait to try the other flavours!

My teenage daughter suffers from chest and back acne. About 6 weeks ago, she started using a prescription acne medication cream that contains powerful retinol and an antibiotic, and it’s left her skin dry and itchy. The doctor told her she can moisturize with an unscented non-comedogenic lotion. As part of the ChickAdvisor product review club, I received a free bottle of Benzagel After Care Moisturizing Lotion for free. It could not have come at a better time. My daughter has been using it with great success. Her chest and back are no longer dry and itchy and her acne is still clearing up. She continues to use her prescription cream at night and applies this moisturizer in the morning after her shower. It’s unscented and free of parabens. The lotion also helps exfoliate the dry skin but is not gritty. The texture is more like a clear serum. I would absolutely buy this product and I know that I will be purchasing it once the free bottle runs out! -

I have been putting on the Neutrogena Bright Boost moisturizer with SPF 30 every day as the weather has been sunny and I’ve been outside a lot. I love that the SPF is high enough to allow me to be outside for longer without having to worry about whether my skin is being protected. I also love the fresh floral scent that is delicate enough to make it very pleasant. This moisturizer is not greasy, and it gives my skin an illuminating glow. I highly recommend this product to people with both young and more mature skin.

The Neutrogena Bright Boost Gel Cream is exactly as described. The gel is a rich creamy texture that absorbs quickly into the skin. It has a very delicate fresh and floral scent. I like that this product doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy, not even the next morning after a sleep. The gel cream leaves a glowing radiance on the skin but it doesn’t look like glitter as I’ve read in other reviews. During cooler weather, I find it necessary to moisturizer my skin and this product does it beautifully.
