It's mediocre on all counts. It doesn't sparkle much in the cup (which is probably a good thing. Is consuming glitter a good thing?). It mainly tastes fake-sweet, with a bit of chai aftertaste. It's definitely better with milk, but if you're looking for a spicy, full-bodied chai, there are much better options at Davidstea.
