My hands were in particular bad shape. So dry they were cracking open and bleeding. After just first use and within a couple days, cracks have healed and scaley dryness is greatly reduced. I also do not mind fragranced products and normally dont like unfragranced because there is still a chemically undertone smell. This product though has absolutely no smell at all, just like water and I like that.    -
