This Tylenol is actually rapid relief my husband has shoulder pain and he feel relief within minutes with just one pill. When I have a head ache I usually take two pills with these I take one and I feel much better within minutes. Really like it... +

This stuff is amazing! I have very bad cracked heels been trying all sorts of creams none compare to this one. Seen and felt relief very quick. Works so well and not oily at all I even convinced my husband to use it.

Don’t see that much of a difference from the balm. But does help dry cracked skin but would use just the balm. I didn’t get the wow like the balm. No smell but a little oily
