I received this from Chickadvisor - like others have stated the flavour is not the best. There is definitely a not so pleasent after taste. I'm not sure if it was this product that gave me energy or if in general, my body was not tired the day I took it. I did take it in the morning and at the end of the work day began feeling more tired. -

CND VINYLUX Weekly Polish

The colour I received was Cerulean Sea #171. I am a lover of all things blue and this polish was no exception. It's a gorgeous vibrant blue creme, the perfect summer shade! Although the directions said to apply the colour directly to the bare nail, I applied my own base coat as I did not want to stain or ruin my nails especially because the brand and product is new to me. I applied 2 coats as per the directions but found the formula to be streaky and I had some parts that dragged so I applied a 3rd. The 3rd layer helped but there was still some streaks! After the colour dried I applied the weekly top coat. I found it difficult to work with for a multiple of reasons. Firstly, I experienced bubbling no matter how fast or slowly I applied it. Secondly, it wasn't as self-leveling as I had hoped it would be. There were still some visible streaks but I'm not sure if it was from the colour polish or the top coat. Lastly, I left my nails to dry for over an hour and I still experienced some denting. I've now been wearing the polish for a week now - my dominant hand shows some serious tip wear whereas my left hand looks pretty good still! Both hands have no chipping but do have some scratches and are not as shiny as when it was first applied. I think there are much better options out there in terms of top coats. The colour is nice but formula wasn't the best. -

I use this mostly in the dry winters. It's long lasting and I don't have to reapply it every second of the day! It really helps eliminate my dry lips. Applying it before bed leaves my lips smooth in the mornings and I can apply lip colours on them... +

J.Crew is my go to shop. Although their items are on the pricier side - the quality in the items is definitely there. They have a clearance section for those looking to save money and often have additional sales on top of those discounted prices. I love the classics that J.Crew carries - styles that don't go out of style like simple, basic coloured cardigans, dresses, skirts, tops, etc. I also love their variety of colours! Chances are that the shirt I'm eyeing that fit me perfectly will come in 10 different colours for me to buy. I also like that their stores are kept clean and well organized for an easy shopping experience. -

A highly addicting game - do not download unless you want something to waste lots of time on! I have played so much that I no longer have to ask friends for tickets as Candy Crush knows at that point I am an addicted user. I have a love-hate relationship with this game. I both love and hate that some levels are difficult - love that it's challenging, hate that it takes forever to pass! I like that Candy Crush has started to add weekly challenges to get power-ups that usually cost money, for free! The game is also free, so I can't really complain about it in that department either. All around a good quality game with lots of levels to keep you occupied. -

The polish does what it's supposed to and for the price, can't really be beat! This line of Essence colours seem to have quite unique colours that many other mainstream polish brands can't keep up with. Many of the colours have shimmers, micro-glitter, or are textured which is nice as you can see if you like it before you invest in pricier brands. They seem to have a large variety of core colours and occasionally add new colours. I love that the lid is the same colour as the polish colour as it makes it easier to find polishes while they are in storage. The bottle shape is unique yet are not difficult to use. I find Essence polishes last quite well on me as long as I have a good base and top coat - if I use the colour without anything else the polish does show minor tip wear and sometimes chipping. But overall, for the price and uniquness I would definitely recommend Essence Color and Go! -

My favourite top coat of all time! I love this top coat for several reasons. I find it is easily available to purchase, price is reasonable and it works amazingly!! Seche Vite is indeed a fast drying top coat. I do sometimes experience shrinkage when my colour coat is too thick or not yet dry but it works very well as a top coat over stamping and nail designs as it does not smudge. It leaves an incredibly high shine - I always get compliments about it and people asking what it is. The smell is a little stronger than a 5-free polish but well worth it! -

I have used several of Baptiste's Dry Shampoos and the original is my second favourite! I usually spray my hair the night before so the product has time to soak up the oils in my hair. Since I have black hair the whitte powder does show in my hair. I try to use as little product as possible because sometimes I find the product is still visible the next morning despite rubbing it into my roots, combing it through and sleeping on it. It's effective in soaking up my oils - my hair definitely looks less greasy after using Baptiste. Price point is affordable and competitive with the other brands out there. The scent is hard to describe - it's neither their best or worst scent. -
