I received this product from Chick Advisor review squad. I definitely felt an improvement after using it. Even alone, without the rinse, I could see a slight whitening of my teeth. About the taste, you can feel the baking soda in it I think, but it's fine. I would recommend this tooth paste to my friends!    -
