Kellogg's Special K Protein Breakfast Shakes
I have tried many meal replacement/ protein drinks, and I was not a fan of this one. I did not find it satisfying hunger wise, and I did not enjoy the taste.

O.N.E. Coconut Water
I didn't like coconut water at first, and I would just put it in my smoothies I would make. Then it started growing on me and now I enjoy the taste. I started drinking for the health benefits, and now I actually enjoy it.

I like ensure. I don't drink them very often, but I have tried many of the different variety's. I like to drink one in the morning when I am rushed and do not have time to make a balanced breakfast. Ill eat a piece of fruit with it usually. I do find I get hungrier faster when I drink these, but it lasts me a few hours so that's all that matters to me. -

I really like Old El Paso Thick 'n Chunky Salsa Wild Mild because, it is very versatile in the kitchen. It goes well on almost anything! The other day I ran out of ranch dip for my broccoli I snack on, and I thought id try salsa. Something is better than nothing! So I tried it and it was actually so good.
This salsa is nice and thick too, and not overpowering with spice.

I like to have a After Eight Chocolate after dinner, or when I have a late night sweets craving. The mint and chocolate combo goes really well together especially after a meal. Good quality too ,
