Plain green tea is a favourite of mine. I enjoy a great green tea anytime of the day. The smell of a well brewed Salada Green Tea is gentle and relaxing. I also liked the refreshing taste and the antioxidant benefits that green tea offers. The tea does not have a strong taste, so for those of you who appreciate a strong cup of tea, this may not be the best bet for you. The cost of the box of tea was reasonable and worth every penny to me. -

This is a great tea if you feel like you are getting sick (the lemon and ginseng are both soothing to both the throat and stomach). I love the gentle taste of lemon and appreciate that while you can notice the ginseng, it does not have that bitter taste that usually accompanies ginseng. Lipton is always a company you can count on and the price is fair. In the summer, it makes a great iced tea. -

I am not too familiar with protein bars but I do live a very busy and active lifestyle and have been in the market for a good protein bar. The meal replacements that I have tried in the past had that uncomfortable chalky aftertaste. I was pleased to note that I did not experience this with the Adrien Gagnon Decadent Fudge Nutriforme Bar. It was rich and fudgy, without being to strong; sweet, but not too sweet, and it had a nice texture to it. I love how it is packed with 4 g of fiber, 15 g of protein and 24 vitamins. Anyone who skips meals or is always on the go should give these a try. I would definitely purchase these in the future to keep on hand in case of emergency. I appreciate that the Chick Advisor Review Club gave me the opportunity to try these. -

I have not in the past tried any energy enhancing products (other than coffee, of course). Looking at the ingredients in the product, I appreciated the vitamin B, but was concerned that there were parabens in the product. These sorts of energy drinks are not regulated, so you are not really sure about what is in them. I first tried this product the day after a particularly busy day - dissolved an ampule in a glass of water. The taste and look of the resulting liquid was off-putting. That first day, I did not feel any more motivated or less stressed than usual. The second day, I tried the ampule in a glass of juice and still was not happy with the taste - again I did not feel it lived up to the claims made. I would not recommend this product, but I did appreciate that the Product Review Club gave me the opportunity to try th Adrien Gagnon Super Energex. -

I love frittatas and this one is no different. The addition of McCains hash browns makes the meal a little more filling that your basic frittata. The recipe can easily be adjusted to add those leftover veggies that we all seem to have in our fridges, but the fresh spinach that is in season makes it better. -

This is a great recipe that can be doubled easily for a crowd. I love the addition of apples for a touch of sweetness and, well, cheese is always great. Another time, I might add a bit of bacon for that salty hit. Would definitely make again.
