I visited PROFESSIONAILS Marion, South Australia to have my acrylic french refills done. They are all unfriendly, speak to each other in a foreign language and don't have any courtesy or customer service skills. Yesterday my girl just stood up and without anyone saying anything a man took over my nails without looking at me or mumbling a single word. As things progressed i wondered when he was going to ask me if I wanted my nails shorter (which I did) and when I pointed it out he looked 'put out' and annoyed. He then appeared to have been near finishing, and he hadn't done my 'white' bits yet, and when i mentioned it, he said "no, i have just done pink acrylic filling, i didn't know you wanted your whites done". WELL OF COURSE HE DIDN'T KNOW, BECAUSE HE DIDN'T ASK ME ONE SINGLE QUESTION THE WHOLE TIME!!! He could see I was bitterley dissapointed, then sprung to life saying things like "you don't need white bits done, they look fine". They didn't look fine, they had grown out, and needed redoing. I actually felt violated in some way, paying for an unfriendly, unsatisfactory service. I will NEVER go there again. Why can't they speak to people, what is wrong with them? Is that how customer service is like overseas? I wouldn't know, maybe it's a cultural thing. Well, it doesn't work here in friendly OZ, get some manners!! Oh, and my cuticles are scabby from the harsh drilling which hit my skin on numerous occasions. What a pathetic thing, paying money to have a service to make you feel special and pretty, when the whole thing made me feel sad and unhappy. Go somewhere else!!! -
