This is the best hand cream I have ever used. It's not greasy - but instead extremely moisturizing in all the right ways. Has a light fragrance, which isn't noticeable after about 30 minutes. Keeps my dry hands very moisturized. I like to put it on right before I go to bed; when I wake up my hands are super soft and stay that way for the rest of the day. An expensive product, but worth it. -

This stuff is the best shampoo I have ever used - I don't think I'll ever stop using it, unless they stop making it. I used to use a drugstore brand for my shampoo and conditioner which I thought was a really good product, but it turned out to be very bad for my hair. It literally took months to undo the damage it had done to my hair, but this product managed to do it. I have naturally dry curly hair, and haven't found many products that are moisturizing to the extent that I need them to be. This one is. The shampoo is more moisturizing than the conditioner that goes with it (I don't use that one, I use another conditioner). It may be a little bit confusing at first because it doesn't lather all that much and it's really concentrated, so it may seem expensive but it takes a long time to go through.
I often alternate between letting it curl with a diffuser and straightening it, using a flat iron - so my hair gets a lot wear and tear. On top of that, I also have my hair coloured every 4 months or so. This should leave my hair dead and dry as a stick, but its not, I don't have any split ends, it's always soft, and I'm always getting compliments on my hair. I can only attribute this to using Sap Moss as it has completely changed my hair.
It smells really woodsy. I like that it has a very natural, down to earth smell, but if you don't like the smell - don't worry, it doesn't linger very long. I suppose the only other things about it I could mention that make it my favourite shampoo are that its made with quality ingredients and its not tested on animals.
If you're concerned about the cost, Aveda has a travel sized version, so you can try it for a little while before you decide. Oh, and word to the wise, it may look like it separates sometimes, but its fine, you can shake it up, or just leave it, its fine, and it works the same.

I have to say, it took me a little while to buy this bath bomb - but my boyfriend insisted. He thought it smelled amazing. So I finally got it and tried it over the weekend. I think I was hesitant because I'm not over the moon about sparkles. This however, was a great bath bomb. The water wasn't as dark as I had hoped it would be, but it smelled amazing, and I loved the little sea salt crystals that slowly dissolved at the bottom of the tub. I'm pretty sure all types of salt are good in baths to help relieve aching sore muscles, but I don't know that there was enough in this one to do so. It wasn't as sparkly as I thought it would be, but I still have a sparkle here and there that is lingering, but whatever.
Though I didn't exactly love the smell of the bath bomb in the store, when I got it home and used it, it smelled sublime. After the long relaxing bath, I still smelled of the bath bomb for a good few hours, and I loved that. The only thing I think I'd change about the bath bomb was the little "pearl of wisdom" - it could have been better. This is definitely something I'll be buying again, if only for the perfect amount of sparkles, and the smell.

I bought a yoga mat from Lululemon about a month ago, as the one I had before from another company wasn't holding up to what I needed. I'd heard good things about it, and when I went in to buy it the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. It was $50 CAN and it was worth every penny. I got the medium thickness width, as the thickest mat they have is recommend for Pilates and the thinnest one wasn't going to do me any good on my hardwood floors at home or at the yoga studio. I tend to get sweaty hands when doing yoga, and the yoga mats I've used in the past I've needed to put a towel overtop of for safety, however this one has been amazing! I don't need to bring a towel unless I'm going to hot room yoga. I have found one side is stickier than the other, but I think it's just the different textures they put on each side. They come in a good variety of colours, so its personal choice there, and what's in stock. All around, an awesome yoga mat! -

My favourite lip balm - you can always count on me having at least 2 or three of these lying around. I keep one at my desk, one in my purse, and at least one extra somewhere else in my home. I've been using this for years - it's probably one of the few lip balms that have survived the severely cold winters, the hot summers, and all the temperatures and dates in between. I love it for its moisturizing ability. It has gotten to a point that I've gotten numerous people hooked on this product, and that those close to me actually know what I mean when I say "Can you pass me Burt?" - Instead of looking at me like I'm crazy or have some sort of tiny toy from Burt and Ernie hidden from childhood days. I don't think it gets better than this for the price - its not only amazing, but its vegetarian, not tested on animals, and it tingles with a minty feeling, leaving you feeling refreshed and lovely. Amazing! -
