I purchased theIcy Heat from a friend who just started as an Arbonne consultant. I had liked the small sample she gave me. The product definitely works to ease muscle pain and creates a cool-hot sensation.

It also has a very strong scent - it actually burned my eyes. The product also lingers on the hands - I recently read you should wear gloves to apply it (which is weird to wear during a massage). I attempted to wash it off, but was unsuccessful because it ended up *in* my eyes during the night - I'm guessing I rubbed my irritated eyes unknowingly.

I do NOT recommend this product.    -
