We started using this mouth wash a few years back when my son had some dental issues. It is our go to mouthwash. It's a little pricier than the other Crest mouthwashes or Listerene, however, I just watch for when it is on sale. It leaves your mouth feeling fresh. It doesn't bite like some other mouthwashes. As an added bonus it is alcohol free. As an even bigger added bonus - it's purple which is awesome cause it's my favorite color. -

I like taking liquid gels in comparison to tablet type pills, I find they are more effective. These work extremely well. I take different meds for different reasons, and this is when I have headaches. I also take the Kirkland Muscle & Back Pain, but they are way stronger. So for day to day headaches, the Advil Liqui-Gels are a quick pain relief. -

In comparison to cost for name brand, it works out to pennies for a pill. At Costco they limit how many you can purchase at a time. -

Has electrolytes, antioxidants, A, E & B Vitamins, plus 25 nutrients and vitamins. I got the box of 30 at Superstore for under $20. There is 25 calories in one packet. I don't like drinking water, but when it is slightly flavoured so I drink more water. :) Those electrolytes help too when you are dehydrated. -

The Skinny Mint Night Cleanse is part of a 2 step Teatox. You can take it on it's own or supplement it with the Morning Boost (see my review). It has ginger root, lemongrass, senna leaves and psyllium husk. And what does all of that tell you? It's meant for a detox of your system. I've been much more regular, but it's also soothing at bedtime, and puts me in a relaxed state. You are supposed to drink it every other night, and I am assuming that is due to the amount it flushes out your system. It tastes good on it's own with no sweetener needed. -

OK, like honestly, I don't want to say I don't recommend it cause it's great for meals on the run, but KFC does not deliver the product they used too. Their coleslaw is still yummy. And they have popcorn chicken now. However, the bucket of chicken is not what I remember. White meat is served sparingly, most times you get a lot of dark meat. The skin isn't as crispy as it once was. Fries are hit and miss. Sometimes good and sometimes not. Their gravy is still yummy. And if you order a value meal, your getting a good deal. But is it on my houses' top ten list. Not so much. We turn to places like Edo now for quick healthy meals. -

So I am trying to stop drinking coke, get my health kick on, still have energy, and all that other good stuff. A friend recommended this so I thought I would give it a shot (since I cant eat Awake chocolates all the time). I drink green tea as well, but this packs a punch with a whopping 62 mg of caffeine per cup. It is not recommended to drink after 5 pm, which after drinking for a few days I now totally get, cause I don't think I would sleep. It's fruity, smells good, tastes good. It's described as "Expertly created to maximize naturally occurring vitality boosting ingredients". If it helps me lose weight will be whole different topic at some point, but to give me the energy I need at my 4 am mornings, it's great. -
