I'll start by saying that I have some sensory issues, so for most people these are going to be amazing and do what you want.
These aren't exactly invisible (on my fair skin tone), but considering they're overnight patches that shouldn't really matter if youre wearing them while sleeping. It says that they can help with skin picking problems, but I found it to do the exact opposite for me. I was definitely made more aware of something being on my face, and that really exacerbated things.
That being said, I had a spot I've been bothered by for days. It just wouldn't go away. I wore these for a couple days (it needing so long was my fault because I kept getting overwhelmed by the patch on my face and taking it off early) and the spot is finally gone, and so is the discoloration!
If you don't have sensory problems, this would be 5 stars, but they're 4 for me personally because I just can't ignore them on my face.
