I've used these 3 times now. The first time with just the patch on it's own I saw very little difference. There was a difference, but not much. The subsequent times I applied a little benzol peroxide first, the applied the patch. I saw more of a result this way then I normally would with just the benzol peroxide, but not enough for me to purchase the product. -
