I love this palette! This is probably the best "smokey" palette I've ever tried - too bad it was discontinued. This trumps the Naked Smoky palette! The packaging is cute, the shadows are rich and creamy, as all UD shadows are. This palette is really versatile - you can create more natural/day looks, darker smokey eyes, and the jewel tones are gorgeous. Love this! Wish it was still available. -

If I could give this eyeliner 0 stars, I would. It's "waterproof" but I can rub it right off in one swipe with my finger. It's not very black at all - I'd call it grey. I can't even get this to apply to my eyelid - it seems fine on the back of my hand, but when I try to apply it on my eye, it's all separated and runny and completely messes up my makeup as well as burns my eyes. I'm so disgusted with this eyeliner especially considering it was $12USD when there are far, FAR better options for far less. Ugh! Don't waste your time/money! -

I originally suspected that this was just another gimmicky infomercial product. After cutting my thick, curly hair into an A-line bob, I was forced to constantly straighten my hair. I wanted to flip the ends under, and I ended up using a bunch of different hot tools (straightener, curling iron, blow dryer) and products to get the look I wanted. I saw a ton of positive reviews for the InStyler so I decided to give it a try. (By the way, I recommend the Max over the original - the barrel of the Max rotates both ways, while the original only rotates in one direction). I love this thing! Short, long, thick, thin, hair of any texture and style - this thing is amazing! I highly checking out some YouTube videos so you can see for yourself. Amazing! Replaces all my other hot tools. Love and recommend! -

I've tried a few heat protectant sprays, and while it's hard to judge them, this one is my favorite, mostly for the scent and the shine it gives my hair. This stuff can be pricey, but you can find it cheaper than regular price at stores like Marshall's and TJMaxx, as well as online at places like Amazon. This doesn't smell great, but it doesn't smell bad, like some others I've tried. This leaves my hair soft and shiny. -
I love this gel eyeliner! This one and the L'oreal one (http://www.chickadvisor.com/item/loreal-infallible-gel-lacquer-liner/?rid=220997#R220997) are both absolutely amazing! This eyeliner is super rich and creamy and SO black! Goes on smoothly and... +

I have the original Clarisonic - the very first one that ever came out and I've loved it for the 5 or so years that I've had it. It's still going strong, but I got a new one as a gift - the Mia. I don't like the Mia as much as the original, but I like it. It has one speed and the battery lasts for 20 minutes of use. My only issue with this (and all other Clarisonic devices) is the charging time. It takes 16-18 hours to charge this baby! That's an incredibly long time for charging, especially for only 20 minutes of use. That's my only complaint. I love Clarisonic! -

I have a love-hate relationship with this product. This blush comes in three shades (I have Sugarplum) and claims to be a "color correcting + anti-aging blushing veil." I have a hard time understanding how a blush can be color correcting. I can't say I agree with that claim and I have no idea whether or not it's anti-aging. The packaging is beautiful - it's sleek and elegant looking. The product inside is absolutely gorgeous as well. The blush starts as a very dark color and gently fades downward into a lighter color. I swirl my brush around and the result is an even, plummy purple color, as the name (Sugarplum) would imply. The color is gorgeous although it is extremely shimmery. If you're not into sparkles, this isn't for you. The texture is super smooth and buttery. My only issue with this blush is this price. It's up there in cost and I feel as though the product is a liiittle gimmicky. I have to admit that I really like it, but I don't think it's worth the splurge for everyone. -

This is a rather new product from L'oreal and I got mine in the highlighter version/shade, which is a shimmery rose-gold/champagne color. The pencil itself is really nice - it's creamy and smooth and doesn't tug at your eye. It's the color that disappoints me. On the skin, like around the inner eye corner and along the lashline, it's beautiful, but in the waterline, it's not even noticeable. It doesn't look like there's any liner there at all, and I don't notice any "brightening" effect. While I don't like this in the waterline, it does look really pretty around the inner corner of the eye. I don't think it's worth the money for just this purpose though. There are much better liners out there. Disappointed. -

I almost didn't buy this palette because the price turned me off, but I'm SO glad I did! I highly recommend this palette. The shadows are very pigmented and the perfect texture. The colors work so well together and you can easily create natural, daytime looks as well as more dark and dramatic evening looks. This is a great addition to any collection! -
