I know a lot of girls in this generation tend to prefer lip glosses over lipsticks, but I am a total convert!!!! MAC lipstick in Plink! is such a pretty shade, and looks good on just about everyone. Personally, I put it over a little bit of plum lipliner to define my lips more and to make it last longer, but it's pretty on it's own too.
Plus!! If you bring in 6 old MAC containers once you're done with them, you get a lipstick free. And it can be anything MAC, so old eyeshadow containers, blushes, lipglass, anything!! You can't go wrong- it's environmentally friendly, it's great quality, and it's free!

I love this store!! I wasn't expecting much, I was just drawn in by the flourescent tops and the "starting at $5.99" sign in the window.. but it's not just some lure to get you in the door..! everything is sooo inexpensive and bright!!! Most of the items are basically made of the same fabric in these beautiful vibrant colours, but there are hundreds of different styles.
Be prepared to do some digging though, because it's a small little shop and they're all hung on racks against the wall. The one-size-fits-all was mind boggling!!!! The material either stretches or drapes depending on your shape, which is really cool! And the girls working in there are super sweet! We were greeted with "Everything on this wall is 10% off, and everything on this wall is either 10 or fifteen dollars!"
I was like.... sold!!

It's true!!!! She is sooo so sweet, and somehow makes you feel so comfortable considering the circumstances. She is very meticulous!! I had only ever gotten a brazilian once before, so I was kinda nervous at first, but it was nothing!

I've had mine for like 6 months, and there is still tons left.. and I use it every day as a base. Few people actually use bases, but once you do, you'll wonder how you ever went without one. They not only stop your eyeshadow from creasing and hold it there all day, they also make your eyeshadows appear more vibrant and how they are intended to look. -

Greatest eyeliner I have ever used. It glides on so easily and dramatically. It's also great if you take a q-tip and smudge it into your lashline, and it doesn't fade. Plus it's so cheap!!

It's great because the little comb helps you really sculpt your eyelashes how you want them, and if you press a little near the root of the lashes before sweeping it up, you don't even need a curler.I also find that several quick strokes over and over really makes them look super long. I love it. -
