Gentle and pleasant consistency, and exfoliating enough to refresh the surface layer of skin, I have been using it from one to a few times a week, and have noticed it has made a difference in not only preventing the occasional breakout, but also reducing the flare up from existing spots. Works well if you have sensitive skin, or to use on a more frequent basis. I bought the avocado one also for my teenage sister who has more sensitive skin, and she seems to have been very happy with it, also liking the way it smells (though I have not detected a scent, avocado or others in it, myself). I was happy to find it has helped my combination skin, calming and helping prevent occasional cystic acne breakouts and dry skin after regular use, even though it is not marketed as such. -

Have only been using this toothpaste for 3 &1/2 days. I usually use toothpaste for sensitive teeth with tarter control, but this is much better on both counts. I’ve had tarter build up on back of bottom teeth for some time. Since Covid I haven’t seen my dentist for my usual every 8 month check up and cleaning (My bad!). The tarter has been bothering me, but since using this, it feels better already. I am absolutely pleased and amazed! -
