This is a very effective energy enhancing liquid tool for energy. I couldn't take these after trying one twice, my heart raced so much and I had to get out to walk it off with deep breathing and drink plenty of water to flush it out from my system. I don't recommend this product if your immunity is compromised in ways as it's just to much to handle and the side effects can be very uncomfortable. My side effects were; racing heart rate causing, nausea, flash sweating and dizziness. I would recommend this energy support product to healthy individuals looking for a quick fix to get a energetic boost from tired days or fatigue from daily wear and tear from busy regimes of life. The taste to me was horrible and hard to swallow with an unpleasant after taste that lasted a little while. I would recommend this product to healthy individuals that need the vitamin and energy boost only. -

Adrien Gagnon Decadent Fudge Nutriforme Bars are an excellent grab and go meal replacement for those days that you haven't got the time sit and eat or to take a moment to prepare food. I found this Bar to be very rich and tasty for a protein type bar and it's very dense and filling. The bar will keep you full for a long period of time because of all the protein keeping your sugar levels at bay so you don't constantly feel hungry. This is a great way for people that want to lose a few pounds easily without the guilt or hardships that come with weight management because this bar will fill you up and elevate hunger. The fudge flavour is palatable and enjoyable without to much flavour from whey and vitamins in the way. Good way to get a spurt of awesome energy. I would buy these again to keep around for days that I can't afford time to sit and eat a nutritious meal. -

Skin is left feeling clean and light and refreshed with a soft silky skin clean feeling. No eye irritation was experienced neither when removing dark eyeliner and mascara from the eye areas. I recommend this to people who have sensitive skin and need a reliable safe facial cleansing product to effectively remove make-up. Simple and great!!! -

I wasn't in the mood for chocolate at the time so I used my next best food foodie tester, my son Markus. Markus was quite impressed with the bitter sweet flavour of dark chocolate flavours mixed with a variety of fruits and nuts. Looks like we found a winner and future purchase will commence. A definite yes to brook side for a hearty, savioury chocolate snack bar. Great for bribing my son to do the dishes and clean up his room. You saved my sanity this week. -

This was a treat for me, to receive a more elite product that I see regularily on the market shelves of my local, most used pharmacy, beauty store like Shoppers Drug Mart. I dedicated 2 weeks and used this serum on my face every morning after cleansing my facial skin. I applied this product to my face before my moisturizer as recommended daily for the 2 weeks daily, and I'm impressed. This serum has a bit of a tightening feel to it after applying to my face and neck which gave me a more youthful look after 9 days of daily use. My pores are smaller and my skin looks more smooth and regulated, instead of mixed tone and textures. I've got a more flawless look now instead of the T-Zone, irregularities that become an issue sometimes. This product works well even when used sparingly which is better for my pocket book in price. It is worth it! I have no blemishes and irritation from this product which is a plus side compared to many products I have tried over time that are costly. As soon as I received my gift package in the mail I dedicated 2 full weeks of daily regime to this product. I love Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep and I think I have found a winner finally! I used this product every night before bed after cleansing my facial skin. I like the fact that this cream did not irritate my skin at all and the softness of my skin in the morning was awesome. I see that the bags of my lower part of my eyes has diminished some and gave me a good sense of confidence about this facial cream. My pours on my face by my nose and on my chin and forehead area, also known as our T-Zone have decreased in size making my skin look more young and less over worked and tired. I'm in my 40s and my skin is starting to show signs of age and distress from daily living and environmental hazards. Mixed areas of dry and oily seem more under control especially at this time of the year of humidity, heat and sun. I'm very impressed and I'm so happy to have been chosen to test and write about this product.
