I was thrilled to receive the Neutrogena Hydroboost Ultra Serum and Gel Cream Extra Dry, free to review,because my skin has been so dehydrated and ridiculously dry for some time now. I love that the products are fragrance free, dermatology tested, and allergy tested. But on top of that, the textures were very sensorially pleasing while still giving great hydration, without that heavy feeling many richer products leave. And! The fact that they contain hyaluronic acid for a deeper absorbing moisture for us mature gals too! I am very happy with this duo, and pleased it’s budget friendly too. -

When I received the LashClash mascara free to try, I was excited because it was WATERPROOF, as well as I have always loved YSL LIP PRODUCTS, but had never tried much else from the brand. I always struggled with mascara being either too goopy, or clumpy…or too difficult to use on my small eyes without getting mascara everywhere. Well, the YSL Lashclash is a drier formula, without lacking in unbelievable polished finishing product! There’s literally no clumps, great seperation, and decent length! Multiple coats are warranted, unless you want a very natural finish, but I’d much rather do two coats then be fixing one coat of clumps and lashes sticking together. I highly recommend the YSL Lashclash waterproof, which by the way-say goodbye to raccoon eyes in humid weather because of this beauty! -

When I received the Aveeno Calm and Restore Age Renewal serum free to try, I was excited. I trust Aveeno for my sensitive skin, but often sensitive doesn’t offer a great range in the anti aging category. The serum applied smoothly, wasn’t tacky as it dried, and worked well with my subsequent moisturizer. I am nervous of retinol because of my reactive skin, and liked that I got the results of a retinol, without the sensitivity of a retinol. Over time, my fine lines seemed slightly smoother, my blotchy skin more uniform, and my skin looks radiant and plumped! -

Upon first application of the Calm and Restore Age Renewal Eye Cream, my under eyes felt incredibly smooth, and hydrated, taking away the tightness of dry, mature, undereye skin. I wasn’t sure I’d get the degree of hydration I need from such a lightweight gel-but I was pleasantly surprised! With continued use, twice a day, my under eyes feel much less puffy and fatigued, and I don’t have that tired, fatigued appearance anymore! I have sensitive skin, and trust Aveeno to supply gentle, sensitive skin, formulas. My undereye area doesn’t feel thin or crepey anymore! Highly recommend! I did try this product free. -

I received the Rapid wrinkle repair moisturizer to try for free, and I honestly didn’t have much expectation for a drugstore brand. But! I was pleasantly surprised! The texture was rich enough for mature skin, but easily absorbed, and not greasy. The scent was light, and the cream was not irritating to my sensitive skin. The wrinkle repair helped my makeup lay more seamlessly and smooth on my skin, and I definitely feel more youthful! Two thumbs up! -
