I've gone through 3 bottles of these gummies already, onto my fourth and so far I can say they're not only delicious, but they definitely help curb the appetite and help with my digestion. I'm not the type of person to feel benefit from natural supplements, but these I really feel the benefits so I'd at least try one bottle. There's no sugar at all or erythritol which is awesome. One other thing is they recently started selling these at FRESHII. It's the same gummy with the Suku logo and Freshii logo both on the bottle. If Freshii is carrying these, you know it's a great product.    -
