As owner of the Style Council Winnipeg I heard about this review and feel I must respond to your not being able to get into a stylist at our salon. All of our stylists have been in the industry for a number of years and are very talented and skilled at their profession. We take great pains to show our clients how much we appreciate them and we feel we have an amazing and extremely loyal clientele. When you called ( and I remember the call) all of our stylists were booked for several weeks in advance. When this happen it is unlikely a "new" client will want to wait that long to get in. Also the stylist considers themselves to be" fully booked' and "not taking new clients" when they are consistently booked that far in advance. To take on new clients at this point would only serve to annoy and displace existing clients when they try to book a spot that a "new" client has taken. It is entirely possible that in the future, as existing clients discontinue service with us, we will once again take new clients to fill that spot...but unfortunately when you called this was not the case. That being said I can understand your frustration at not being able to see one of our great stylists when you needed us, but I do hope that you will try us again in the future. Like hundreds of our existing clients, you would not be disappointed . All the best to you.
