I bought this shampoo for my daughter (Hailey) was at the time was 11 months old. It is not tear free! She got a little bit of the soap suds in her eye, and with in minutes her eyes was red and irritated. I called the company, and received awful...   +

I bought this shampoo for my daughter (Hailey) was at the time was 11 months old. It is not tear free! She got a little bit of the soap suds in her eye, and with in minutes her eyes was red and irritated. I called the company, and received awful customer service. The rep that I spoke with acted "surprised" when I told her what happened. When I asked for a refund for this item, she told me that I would have to send the product to them for testing. She said that they would provide a prepaid envelope to mail it to them, but it never arrived. I e-mailed them many times to ask where the envelope was, and still nothing. I just finally gave up. I was out the money, and stopped using it. It was pretty expensive for what is was too.    -
