I really enjoyed this primer; I found it moisturizing and hydrating and I enjoyed the scent so much. A lot of primers pill and look very chalky and leave a residue but this one was hydrating and left my skin smooth. I felt like it was made with more natural ingredients and did not feel silicone-y. While I really liked it, it is a bit more expensive than I hoped. I received this product sample for free to try. -

I’m pleasantly surprised with this micro must from Tresemme. I normally use the High end Elnett hairspray by L’Oréal that’s raved about Byblos celebrity hair stylists and this micro mist from Tresemme has a similar texture and super light feel.
I love that it didn’t leave my hair sticky and hard and there was zero residue left behind. I love the scent and was surprised how much hold it gave, since it felt so light to the touch. It gave me nice volume without that crunching from other brands. I would totally recommend it to family and friends and already have. I think most people are scared to get super hard hair from hairspray’s on the market and I never had that issue at all. I was able to brush my hair after which was super exciting, it wasn’t rock hard!

This cashew flavoured Plant Based Protein PowerBar is #goals! I love cashews but they can be a super expensive snack on its own so I love that these bars incorporate them in. I find the bars a bit hard to bite into and wished they were a bit more chewy and soft but they still taste amazing and so rich. The dark chocolate is a great thing because it adds a tiny bit of natural caffeine and is great for you, being rich in antioxidants and flavonoids. I told my gym friends about these when they caught a sneak peek into my gym bag when one friend forgot a snack and I gave her this bar to try, which she loves now. I love my cashew plant based protein PowerBar #PowerBarPlantProtein

I love these new PowerBars - such an upgrade from the PowerBars of my parent’s time; with its amazing new packaging, plus I love the emphasis on plant based protein, and I love the taste. Makes me feel like it’s a fancy bar from a health food store (without the price tag of a health food store). I enjoyed the almond flavour a lot and the whole bar tasted great, but my only feedback is that the bar was a bit tough to bite into and wasn’t as soft and chewy as I’d imagined. Still, it was delicious. It gave me extra energy to go to the gym and it is a great post-gym recovery snack. I told lots of friends and colleagues about it, especially the friends I work out with since we share pre-gym meals together.

I am super impressed with this vanilla shake! It had so much protein and so I really felt good about drinking this after the gym. I need protein to help my muscles recover and it helped give me a boost of energy until dinner. The vanilla flavour was very delicious and did not taste artificial or overly sweet. I loved the resealable lid because I didn't feel pressure to drink it all in one sitting. It tastes best when it's super chilled and straight out of the fridge! I have already suggested it to friends and family, as it is great for anyone on the go (who isn't these days?). I would totally repurchase it because I need #lifehacks to make my life more simple and this fit the bill!

I love this chocolate shake! I was looking for something that was easy to throw in my purse or gym bag, and this fits the bill. While I love the idea of having a homemade smoothie chock full of everything in my pantry or fridge, I don't always have the time. I love that this shake has the protein I need to help repair my muscles after going to the gym and I also drink it when on the run and I don't have time to pack an elaborate snack. I love the chocolate flavour and really love how creamy it is. It gave me a boost of energy without the crash of energy drinks or caffeinated drinks. It smelled lovely and wasn't too thick. I would totally recommend it to my friends, and already have The best part is the resealable lid! -

I loved being able to try the walnut and grain bars. I loved the taste because walnuts are my favourite way to get some protein in and you can't beat the taste of these bars. I was getting bored of the same old processed granola bars that are basically candy bars, so it was really refreshing to try these wholesome bars. I find in hard to get fibre in so these were a really easy way to do that. I would 100% buy these again and already have! I love that I #gotitfree because it was my first time trying the #goodandsimple line -

I loved these muffins! The fruit and fibre flavour were so delicious and easy to incorporate into my breakfast ritual. I often don't have time to prepare a full, sit-down breakfast and I loved how these were individually wrapped and I was able to toss them in my purse. I have tried the whole "wrapping a muffin in a napkin" thing but that's way too messy. These muffins were delicious and tasted fresh and like it was homemade. I love that it has the added fibre in there and really Ames up the taste and texture. -

Never looking back! Love my new NIVEA Q10 Anti-Age Hand Cream!
I was not one to use a lot of hand cream before, but since I started using this anti-aging hand cream from Nivea, I am hooked. I am careful with my skin and apply sunscreen on my face and body, but was neglecting my hands. As a result, my hands had some sunspots and were quite dry. I use this hand cream now and it has helped rejuvenate my hands and prevent future damage in conjunction with sunscreen of course. But my sunscreen doesn't make my hands soft, and that's where this comes in! I use it everyday and I only need a small amount and my hands are soft all day long. I would recommend it to all my friends, especially those who are outside a lot during the summer (which is, everyone!). It's true that your hands can really show your age and I love this hand cream because it helps keep my hands smooth and soft.

NIVEA Q10 Firming Body Lotion - it is the ultimate in body firming on a budget!
I love, love, loved this body firming lotion. I have tried similar products from other brands that cost almost double and did not give me that great results. This NIVEA body firming lotion totally surpassed my expectations, and then some. It helped, in conjunction with the NIVEA Q10 Firming Body Oil to keep moisture in check all over the body. It helped when I applied it straight after getting out of the shower and really locked in the moisture, far better than other moisturizers I have tried before. It really did help firm, even if temporarily (we know that there are no permanent firming options when using lotions). It was super impressive and smelled great. My skin was smooth all day and until the next time I showered.
I loved trying this body firming lotion from NIVEA. Thanks to Chick Advisor I #gotitfree in exchange for my honest opinion about my experience with it.
