I redeemed a Bobbi Brown gift box with my points at Sephora and a travel size of this eyeliner was in there. If you are a person who likes black eyeliner, this eyeliner is BLACK. It is so dark, I don't know if it is possible to make it any darker and that is what makes this product so great. One downside, the product is quite soft so it is hard to get a good point when sharpening. Going in afterwards with a liquid may be necessary. Though, the softness of the pencil does make it great for doing a smudgy smokey eye! I so wish that I could afford to buy this pencil and make it my daily because I would go out and buy every color. -

There was a lot of hype about these NYX Butter lipsticks online, so I figured I would try one out. Went to Target, picked one up, and put it on when I got in the car. I was very displeased with the result. The pigmentation was terrible, so this light pink shade hardly covered the natural color of my lips. The texture was not good, it didn't stick at all. Instead this lipstick was just sliding around and not covering my lips. Also, the packaging on this product is just bad. I know that NYX is a line with prices on the lower end, but surely they can make a lipstick package that doesnt feel like it is going to snap in half when I'm applying it.
Long story short; save the money you would spend on 2 of these and put it towards one higher quality lipstick

Bought a set of four of these babies while online shopping. I hadn't heard anything about them prior to purchase, but I am pleased! The pigment of these lip colors are great and vibrant. The product goes on like a cream, with a little sponge applicator, and dries to set in place. I find with Melted lip color I am reapplying much less frequently that I would with a standard lipstick. Now that I have owned these for a while, I find that the product that had dried on the applicator developed a bit of a strange smell but I don't care. These are great and I would like to buy more colors! -

I used to always say that every mascara was the same, it was just the brush that made the difference. I think I may have been proven wrong with this one. The name "Clump Crusher" could not be more accurate. Once applied, all my lashes are coated in the mascara, none are stuck together, and best of all NO CLUMPS. Also, I enjoy the packaging of CoverGirl mascaras because they always manage to stay clean. Every girls hates to take something out of her makeup bag and its covered in black smudges.

I had been looking for a good matte foundation for a while, one that was actually matte and didn't just say so on the label. This foundation is indeed matte, which is great. There are a few strange things about this foundation. First, the strange plastic paddle applicator with holes in it. I'm sure this was made in this shape for a reason, but it is unclear to the consumer! But oh well, you can just scoop it out and put it on the back of your hand. Another weird thing is the consistency of this foundation. It starts off just like any other foundation, but once you start to rub it in get TOUGH. It takes some commitment to rub this stuff in, but once its on it is good to go. I found that this foundation lasts a lot longer than other drug store foundation. It stayed on and it stayed matte for the whole day.
Long story short; is you're willing to put a little more effort into a good foundation, this is the one for you.
